** Please read our Tuition Policy before you register for a course.

Tuition for TVU courses is cited in the complete description for each course.  Read this simple policy to ensure that you complete your registration.  Upon locating a course, check the course description to see what the tuition is and to whom the check shall be made at the class.  Cash is also accepted at the class.

  • Click on the CONTACT US page in the TVU menu bar and provide all information: first and last name; e-mail; phone; and title of course as listed in the website catalog. Incomplete input will result in your registration being returned to you.

Upon receipt of your completed registration form, the Registrar will send an e-mail confirmation, usually within a few days.

If a cancellation is necessary, the REGISTRANT does the following:

  • Send a cancellation message using the Contact Us page on the website page citing your name and course. Cancellations will be accepted within three days of the start of a class.  Cancellations or no-shows after this date will result in a bill for the expected tuition for those courses that are taught by outside contractors who are paid.  Registrants are expected to reimburse TVU for the expense of the course that has been paid to the instructor.
  • If a registrant does not attend or submit an advance cancellation to a course that incurs a fee for an external instructor, a bill will be sent to collect funds that TVU has paid for that registrant.
  • A list of registrants who are not able to keep this commitment will be maintained by the TVCU Director and future registration may be denied until the due funds are submitted.
